Property Inspection
We'll assess your property's readiness for mapping through a comprehensive inspection. Together, we'll finalize details, including square meters and any necessary preparations. Following this, your official quote will be provided, requiring a 50% deposit for scheduling.
Upon receipt of the deposit, we'll proceed with scanning your property, adhering to the agreed timeline. Typically, turnaround time is less than a week. Once completed, we'll upload the files to our server, providing a quality and accuracy report. We'll then schedule a final meeting for file walkthrough before activating the download link upon receipt of the remaining 50% payment.

Our terms and conditions are outlined below to ensure we do not incur additional operating cost expenses and to keep our general pricing affordable for customers. We find this also helps clients commit to timelines and to make sure that their properties are ready for the best possible mapping results. Better prepared land, makes for maps with more relevant data points, protect your investment and saving you time while planning and working with teams.
Payment Policy:
If the total area of your property is larger than initially indicated during your reservation, the cost of services will be adjusted accordingly. Your reservation will only be confirmed in our work calendar once a final price is determined and a 50% deposit is received.
The land owner or their authorized representative is responsible for clearing and organizing the property before scan. We make best efforts by offering a consultation with the homeowner or their authorized representative as to what should be cleared or adjusted to account for our scanning and software capabilities. We are not responsible for the physical appearance of your property. We scan and capture the property as is on the date and time of your appointment.
Once files are processed, we provide an quality and accuracy summary and schedule a final meeting to go through your files. This can be done online or in person when necessary. Digital and print files are only payment for the remaining 50% is received. Once payment is received, sharable links for download are made available.
Postponement/ Rescheduling Policy:
If you need to reschedule or postpone your appointment, you must reschedule by email at least 2 business days (Monday to Friday) prior to the date of your appointment to avoid payment penalties. If you reschedule with at least 2 business days prior to your original appointment date, we will reschedule your appointment to the next available date that works with your schedule without any additional costs.
If you request to reschedule within 2 business days, a rescheduling fee of $7,500 MXN will be applied to your invoice. This fee must be paid at the same time we reschedule your appointment. Your appointment will not be confirmed until your rescheduling fee is received.
If we arrive at your property and it is not prepared as suggested during our inspection and you request for us to return and scan the property on another day, your 50% deposit will not be refunded. Rescheduling your appointment will be considered a new booking in which you will be charged the full price in addition to your original deposit. We will reschedule your appointment to the next available date.
Cancellation Policy:
If you wish to cancel your appointment, you must cancel at list 5 business days (Monday to Friday) prior to the date of your appointment. If you cancel within 5 days or less, your deposit will not be refunded.
