Select the day that you would like to schedule your virtual tour and photo session. Indicate the approximate square meters of the property that you want scanned. This includes all interior and exterior spaces.
A member of our team will respond within 24 hours to confirm your reservation and details about your property.
Book Now and Build Your Package
To make sure your house is ready for the best possible virtual tour and photo results, we schedule a property inspection 2 business days before the virtual tour and photo session takes place.
We walk through your property with you or a property manager to confirm the square metres of your property and we recommend anything that needs to be cleaned or fixed before we scan and take photos of your property. We are not responsible for coordinating cleaning or maintenance, or any costs associated with preparing your property.
A 50% deposit is required on the day of inspection.
Property Inspection
Scanning and taking photos normally takes 3 to 5 hours. After scanning takes place, virtual tours photos and floor plans are processed within 2 to 3 business days. A password protected preview link is sent where you can see your tour, watermarked photos and floor plans on a contact sheet. A contact sheet is a PDF with thumbnail versions of your photos for review.
Your sharable tour link and embed code, as well as a download link with high resolution photos are sent once final payment is received.
