Our terms and conditions are outlined below to ensure we do not incur additional operating cost expenses and to keep our general pricing affordable for customers.  We find this also helps clients commit to timelines and to make sure that their properties are looking their best for their virtual tour and photos. Better looking tours and better looking photos protect your investment and increases your chances of renting out or selling your properties faster and more consistently. 

 

Payment Policy:
If the total area of your property is larger than initially indicated during your reservation, the cost of services will be adjusted accordingly. Your reservation will only be confirmed in our work calendar once a final price is determined and a 50% deposit is received.

The homeowner or their authorized representative is responsible for cleaning and organizing the property before we scan or take photos. We make best efforts by offering a consultation with the homeowner or their authorized representative as to what should be cleaned, repaired or adjusted to account for our scanner and software capabilities. We are not responsible for the physical appearance of your property. We scan and capture the property as is on the date and time of your appointment.

We provide watermark, low resolution proofs for review. High resolution files without watermarks are only payment for the remaining 50% is received. Once payment is received, sharable tour links, embed codes and a download links with high resolution, un-watermarked photos are sent.

Postponement/ Rescheduling Policy: ​

If you need to reschedule or postpone your appointment, you must reschedule by email at least 2 business days (Monday to Friday) prior to the date of your appointment to avoid payment penalties. If you reschedule with at least 2 business days prior to your original appointment date, we will reschedule your appointment to the next available date that works with your schedule without any additional costs.

If you request to reschedule within 2 business days, a rescheduling fee of $7,500 MXN will be applied to your invoice. This fee must be paid at the same time we reschedule your appointment. Your appointment will not be confirmed until your rescheduling fee is received.

If we arrive at your property and it is messy or disorganized and you request for us to return and scan the property on another day, your 50% deposit will not be refunded. Rescheduling your appointment will be considered a new booking in which you will be charged the full price in addition to your original deposit. We will reschedule your appointment to the next available date.

Cancellation Policy: 

If you wish to cancel your appointment, you must cancel at list 5 business days (Monday to Friday) prior to the date of your appointment. If you cancel within 5 days or less, your deposit will not be refunded.
