AEC INTEGRATIONS

BIM (BUILDING INFORMATION MODELING)
Building Information Modeling (BIM) files are provided within days after your initial scan is processed.

BIM PRICING ESTIMATES
Pricing is based on square meters and the level of complexity of the job. We customize all estimates to work within scope and budget of your project. RVT Files (compatible with Rive 2020 and above and DWF Files (per floor) are provided.

You can choose from on or all of the following product scopes:

Architecture: Includes the building's basic architecture, such as visible walls, floors, doors, columns, ceilings, windows, bathroom fixtures, stairs, roofs.

Architecture & Furniture: Includes the architecture package plus generic models of all non-architectural features such as tables, seating, cabinets, shelves, appliances and some wall fixtures.

Architecture and MEP: Includes generic models of visible systems pertaining to mechanical, electrical, plumbing (mechanical equipment, ducts, come conduits, some pipes, some outlets).

MEP and Interior Furniture: Includes generic models of all non-architectural features, as well as visible systems pertaining to mechanical, electrical and plumbing.

Complex MEP and Industrial Spaces: Plans include generic models of all non-architectural features, as well as visible systems pertaining to mechanical, electrical and plumbing, and industrial type buildings. Examples of complex spaces include: Mechanical Rooms (Boiler, Chiller, Plant), Electrical Rooms (main equipment rooms, distribution rooms, local/ branch equipment rooms and computer rooms), Fulfillment Centers, Manufacturing Facilities, Warehousing Facilities (with heavy machinery), Data Centers.

Once your scan is processed, we can provide black and white, industry standard floor plans upon request. With the spacial data captured in your space, we generate 2D schematics of your property without having to measure the entire property by hand.

Your floor plans will be measured based on the standards specified in the International Measurement Standards (IPMS).

Save time and money. Floor plans start from $1,000 MXN in addition to scanning prices and are provided within 2 business days. If you require faster delivery, floor plans can be produced within 8 hours after your scan is processed.

All floor plans are delivered as PNG, PDF and SVG files.
3D MODELS &
Point Cloud
Once your scan is processed, 3D files can be provided to work within your desired AEC software. 3D models include:
