Land Survey

Overview

By stitching together up to thousands of high resolution, data rich photos through photogrammetry, we provide 2D and 3D replicas of your land or any structures within the survey perimeter, allowing for precise calculations when planning your project. Files seamlessly integrate with industry standard software like AutoCAD, as well as popular cloud-based platforms.

PhotogrAmmetry PATH

We start by mapping out your project by setting a capture path. We take up to thousands of photos depending on your project needs. After, we stitch all photos together. Path records are saved in case you need multiple progress reports at a later date. This way we can perform the same capture and accurately track site changes over time.

2D MAPS

Once we have stitched together all georeferenced photos, a highly detailed 2D map is created to scale. Superimpose project pans, make notes based on observations and requests and tag notes specifically to your map's object or location.

3D MAPS

With the use of point cloud, 3D Maps are created from millions of georeference points to generate precise 360° views of your projects from every angle. Zoom in to a specific section of your map for granular project planning.

Distance& SLOPE

Calculate length height and slope or any path, anywhere within the perimeter of the survey. In addition to the distance, surface area is taken into consideration to ensure you have exact measurements, rather than estimates. This saves our clients time and money, when it comes to projecting costs for building materials.

VOLUME

We conduct volumetric measurements of anything requested on the job site. Notations can be made to factor in material and costs associated with desired actions, specific to the job.

AREA

Quickly reference the area of any section of your survey to make exact estimates when planning for design, ordering materials, or staffing labour for a task, specific to the area.

Science Backed Reports

It's important to us to ensure that your surveys are as accurate as possible. For every survey, a quality and accuracy summary is provided. Example below:
